      目的：对炒赤芍进行质量标准研究。方法：建立炒赤芍的性状、薄层色谱鉴别、含量测定方法，并按照《中国药典》2015年版对水分、总灰分、浸出物等项目进行了测定。结果：炒赤芍的薄层色谱中，在对照品及对照药材相同的位置显相应的斑点。水分、总灰分、浸出物、含量测定的范围分别为1.43%～8.85%、3.40%～11.80%、38.21%～54.39%、0.8%～3.7%。结论：该研究可为炒赤芍质量控制提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the quality standard of Chaochishao. Methods: The characteristics, TLC identification and content determination methods of Chaochishao were established, and the water content, total ash content and extract content were determined according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition. Results: In TLC of Chaochishao , corresponding spots were found in the same position of reference substance and reference medicinal material. The ranges of moisture, total ash, extract and content were 1.43% ~ 8.85%, 3.40% ~ 11.80%, 38.21% ~ 54.39% and 0.8% ~ 3.7%, respectively. Conclusion: This study can provide the basis for quality control of Chaochishao.
