      目的:分析显齿蛇葡萄热解挥发性成分, 比较不同热解温度下热解挥发性成分的差异。方法:采用热裂解气相色谱质谱(PY-GC-MS)技术快速分析显齿蛇葡萄热解挥发性成分,经面积归一法计算成分的相对含量。结果:在300℃、450℃、600℃温度下,检出的显齿蛇葡萄裂解产物主要为有机酸、酮类、酚类、醇类、含氮杂环化合物、呋喃类、苯系物、酯类和醛类,共鉴定出45种化学成分,其中,在300℃、450、600℃温度下,分别检出显齿蛇葡萄热解挥发性化合物20、34、31种。在300℃热裂解时,产生的挥发性成分较少,且在450、600℃热裂解时,产生的挥发性成分明显增多。

      Objective To perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on the volatile components of Ampelopsis grossedenata at different pyrolysis temperatures. Methods The pyrolytic volatile components were analyzed rapidly by PY-GC-MS, and the relative percentage content of each component was calculated with peak area normalization method. Results At the temperatures?of 300℃, 450℃ and 600℃ individually, The pyrolytic products of Ampelopsis grossedenata were mainly Organic acids, ketones, phenols, alcohols, nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, furans, benzene series, esters and aldehydes. The 45 kinds of chemical components were identified, in which number of the pyrolytic volatile components detected separately at 300℃, 450℃ and 600℃ were 20,34,31 respectively. The pyrolytic volatile components were less significantly at 300 ℃ than that of at 450℃ and 600 ℃
