      目的:优化黔东南续断中多糖的提取工艺,研究续断多糖的抗氧化活性。方法:选择料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数进行单因素试验,采用响应面分析法优化续断多糖提取工艺,并研究续断中多糖的抗氧活性。结果:续断多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1:25(g·mL-1)、提取温度91℃、提取时间90min、提取次数3次,在此条件下多糖的平均提取率为4.74%。体外试验发现续断多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性。结论:优化后的工艺简便、合理、可行。续断中多糖具有抗氧化活性。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Qiandongnan local Dipsaci Radix,and study the antioxidantiong of polysaccharides from Dipsaci Radix.Methods The material-liquid ratio,extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times were selected for single factor experiment. The response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Dipsaci Radix,and the antioxidant activity of that was tested. Results The optimum extraction conditions was as follows: material-liquid ratio 1:25 (g/mL), extraction temperature 90℃,extraction time 90min, extraction times 3 times. Under these conditions, the average extraction rate of polysaccharides reaches 4.74%.In vitro experiments showed that the polysaccharides in Dipsaci Radix had good antioxidant activity.Conclusion The optimized process is simple,reasonable and feasible.The polysaccharide in Dipsaci Radix has antioxidantiong.
