| 目的：观察水族抗痹证药酒对类风湿性关节炎大鼠的影响。方法：将 50只 SD雌性大鼠随机分组，分为空白组，模型组，抗痹证药酒高、中、低剂量组 （5mL/kg，2.5mL/kg，1.25mL/kg），每组 10只。除空白组外，其余各组大鼠于踝关节注射弗氏佐剂建立关节炎模型，建模成功后给予相应剂量的药物灌胃，每天 1次，持续 2周。测定各组大鼠血清中白介素 1－β、白介素 6、肿瘤坏死因子 －α的含量，镜下观察各组大鼠踝关节组织病理变化。结果：与空白组比较，模型组大鼠血清中白介素 1－β、白介素 6、肿瘤坏死因子 －α含量均明显升高 （P＜0.05）。与模型组比较，抗痹证药酒不同剂量组大鼠血清中白介素1－β、白介素 6、肿瘤坏死因子 －α含量均有不同程度下降，其中高剂量组血清白介素 1－β含量，中剂量组和高剂量组血清白介素 6含量，低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组血清肿瘤坏死因子 －α含量比较具有显著性差异 （P＜0.05）。与模型组相比，水药抗痹证药酒不同剂量组大鼠关节滑膜充血、水肿情况有不同程度减轻，淋巴细胞、浆细胞等炎细胞浸润相对较轻。结论：水药抗痹证药酒可降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清中白介素 1－β、白介素 6、肿瘤坏死因子 －α含量，从而减轻关节滑膜炎症以及关节软骨、骨质破坏，起到抗类风湿性关节炎作用。 |

| Objectives: To observe the effect of Shui nationality medicinal liquor of anti arthralgia syndrome on rats with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 50 female SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, high, medium and low dose groups (5 ml / kg, 2.5 ml / kg, 1.25 ml / kg) with 10 rats in each group. Except the blank group, the other groups were injected Freund's adjuvant into the ankle joint to establish the arthritis model. After successful modeling, the rats were given corresponding doses of drugs by gavage once a day for 2 weeks. We determined the serum contents of Interleukin-1-β、Interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin each group and observed the pathological changes of ankle joint under microscope. Results: Compared with the blank group, the serum contents of Interleukin-1-β, Interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the model group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the serum contents of Interleukin-1-β、Interleukin 6, tumour necrosis factor-αdecreased to various degrees, among which the contents of Interleukin-1-βin high-dose group, the contents of interleukin-6 in medium and high-dose groups, the contents of serum tumor necrosis factor in the low, medium and high-dose groups had significantly differences(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the hyperemia and edema of the synovium of the joints was alleviated to various degrees in rats treated with different doses of Shui medicinal liquor of anti arthralgia syndrome. The infiltration of inflammatory cells such as lymphocytes and plasma cells was relatively mild. Conclusions: Shui medicinal liquor of anti arthralgia syndrome can reduce the serum contents of Interleukin-1-β,Interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin adjuvant arthritis rats. Therefore, it can alleviate joint synovial inflammation as well as articular cartilage, bone destruction and play an anti-rheumatoid arthritis role. |
