| 目的：基于IBM spss statistics 21.0及IBM spss modeler 18.0数据处理软件，探究近五年临床上中医师治疗神经根型颈椎病的中药用药规律。方法：通过搜索2016年1月1日至2021年1月1日在中国知网、维普和万方上面发表的文章，收集到关于中药治疗神经根型颈椎病的文章102篇，通过精读文章筛选出其中的62篇文章，将文章中的中药方提取出来，绘制成Excel表对相关药物进行初步整理，然后利用IBM spss statistics21.0及IBM spss modeler 18.0分析相关药物的使用频次、药物间的关联规则以及药物的核心组合。结果：对62首中药方中的102味中药进行频数统计，频数大于10的中药共计18味，其中前5味药分别是生甘草、葛根、白芍、桂枝、川芎，主要功效为祛风胜湿止痛、行气活血。对102味中药进行复杂网络图展示，共得出24对药物组合，对药物进行关联规则分析得到19个药对。对18味高频药物进行系统聚类共得到6个药物核心组合。结论：目前神经根型颈椎病在临床上治疗以祛风除湿止痛及行气活血为主。 |

| Objective:Based on the data processing software of IBM spss statistics 21.0 and IBM spss modeler 18.0,to explore the rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in clinics in the past five years.Method:By searching for articles published on CNKI,Weipu and Wanfang from January 1,2016 to January 1,2021,102 articles about traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were collected,then by intensive reading,picking up 62 articles of them,extracting the Chinese medicine prescriptions from the 62 articles,making a table of medicine and sorting out of related medicines preliminarily.then using IBM spss statistics 21.0 and IBM spss modeler 18.0 to analyze the frequency of use of related chinese medicines,association between the chinese medicines and The core combination of medicines.Result:The frequency statistics of 102 Chinese medicines in 62 Chinese medicine prescriptions were conducted.There were 18 Chinese medicines with a using frequency beyond 10,among which the top 5 medicines were sepatately sheng gan cao,ge gen,bai shao,guizhi and chuanxiong.The main effect is to expel wind,eliminate dampness and relieve pain,promotes qi to activate blood.A complex network diagram of 102 Chinese medicines was performed on,and a total of 24 medicines combinations were obtained,and then 19 chinese medicines pairs were obtained by association rules.A total of 6 medicines core combinations were obtained by systematic clustering from 18 high-frequency medicines.Conclusion:At present,the clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy mainly focuses on expelling wind,eliminating dampness and relieving pain,and promotes qi to activate blood. |
