目的:优选白刺花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用响应面分析法优化,以总黄酮提取率为评价指
标,在考察单因素试验的基础上,选取乙醇浓度、加液量、提取温度和提取时间为自变量,利用Design-Expert软件分析
优化出白刺花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:优化所得白刺花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为72%,
加液量为21倍,提取温度为71℃,提取时间为133min。结论:响应面优化所得到的最佳提取工艺准确、稳定,是提取白
刺花中总黄酮的可行方法。 |
